To make a contribution and serve the world by empowering people
to live a fulfilling life with self acceptance and self love.
To be a leading example that transform communities,
where people are inspired to be their authentic self with courage.
My name is Carol Poon, relationship and spirituality coach.
I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Life Coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
I empower women to overcome their fears and blocks in relationship;
to help them gain clarity, confidence, freedom and strength;
and to guide them to create the life that they dream of.
Here’s the story of my coaching journey …
I was born in Hong Kong, grew up in Canada, and have lived in Dubai and Reunion Island.
I have always considered myself lucky to have a loud inner voice, aka intuition. This voice had helped me made many important decision in life.
Since I was young, I struggled with lots of things in life and mostly struggled with who I was. When I was 26, I came across life coaching and it has empowered me to transform my life from inside out. Since then, my inner voice has been telling me to follow this path…
It wasn’t the easiest one, but I am grateful to have listened to my intuition and do what I love.
It is to share, inspire, and empower people to do the same.
After all, life is short.
Even though we all knew that we should live our lives as if today is the last day, but who really truly have the courage to live by it?
I know, it is easier said then done. I also know that there are many obstacles, life situation, and fears that can prevent us to even dare to think about our dreams. That is why I am committed to guide people to follow their hearts and to see what is possible in life.
So this is my life purpose.
It is fulfilling for me to coach people and be able to make a difference in their lives.
And it always makes my heart sings when I am deeply connected with my clients.
What about you? Listen to your inner voice and see where it will lead you to.
